Overview IBM NS1 Connect is a managed authoritative DNS and traffic-steering service. It can direct users across data centres, cloud regions, or multiple CDNs using DNS decisions and monitoring data. Scope NS1 Connect does not cache or deliver site content. Evaluate it as a DNS and MultiCDN control layer. The CDNs or origins behind it provide content caching, purge, shielding, image optimisation, and video delivery. Acquisition IBM announced its acquisition of NS1 in 2023.
